• Website Inquiries & Bookings: Through our Contact, Booking, and Subscribe forms, we collect your name and email (mandatory). You may optionally provide your phone number and address to help us better address your needs.
• Training & Education: For participants of Consalta or PECB training courses, we collect names, email addresses, and company details to manage reservations and verify training delivery.
• Consulting & Audits: During our professional engagements, we exchange business contact information required for effective project communication.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track anonymized website usage data to improve our user experience.

3. Third-Party Data Transfer

Consalta does not sell or unauthorizedly share your data. We use trusted third-party processors only to facilitate our services:

• PECB (Canada): For international certification purposes. Please note that participants register directly on the PECB platform.
• Microsoft 365 (Cloud): Our data is stored and synchronized using Microsoft OneDrive and handled via Outlook for secure communication.
• MailChimp (USA): Used exclusively for our newsletter distribution to users who have explicitly opted-in.
• Google (USA): For website analytics and performance tracking.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

• Employees: Data is kept permanently in accordance with Bosnia and Herzegovina labor laws.
• Training Participants: Information is kept permanently to allow for future confirmation of certification and training validity.
• General Inquiries: Data is kept until the communication is concluded or until you withdraw your consent (e.g., unsubscribing from our newsletter).
